- Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for covering all shipping costs associated with returning items. These shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Refunds Policy
3.1 Refund Application Deadline & Ineligible Cases
- Deadline: To apply for a refund, you must submit photos as evidence of damaged/broken items within 7 days of receiving the order. No refunds or exchanges will be offered if more than 7 days have passed since delivery.
- Ineligible Scenarios: Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- Unsuccessful delivery due to an incorrect shipping address you provided, or your unavailability to receive the package.
- Loss of products due to security issues in your residential area (if the shipping carrier confirms successful delivery).
- Your refusal to accept the delivered package.
- Shipping fees once the item has been shipped.
3.2 Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the item.
