2. Can I Change My Shipping Address or Design Options After Placing an Order?

Yes. You can modify your shipping address or options (such as size, color, quotes, etc.) on your own within the first 24 hours after placing the order.

After this 24-hour window, please contact us via live chat so we can check the feasibility of your request. Please note that we cannot guarantee the changes can still be made at this stage.

Important: Any edit requests submitted after the 24-hour period, even if approved initially, will no longer be allowed.

3. What Does the Total Price Include?

Your total payment = Product prices + Shipping fee

  • Discount codes only apply to product prices, not the total payment.
  • The shipping fee is calculated based on your shipping destination.

4. Why Does My Tracking Number Not Work?

Tracking information is usually updated within 1-2 business days. However, in some cases (e.g., network failures or heavy workloads during sale seasons), postal workers may skip package scanning. We have encountered many instances where packages were not scanned by local post offices but still arrived on time.

If the tracking information is not updated within the next few days, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to obtain an accurate delivery timeframe.
